Crisis Hotline Services
Avail Solutions provides a 24/7 crisis hotline staffed by Qualified Mental Health Professionals – Community Services (QMHP-CS), each trained and experienced in delivering responsive mental health support to individuals in crisis. Many of our QMHPs are bilingual in Spanish and English, ensuring culturally competent care through effective call triage, crisis intervention, and coordination with your on-call personnel when needed. All staff are supervised by a licensed mental health professional to uphold consistent, high-quality service standards.
Our team will:
- Triage incoming calls with professionalism and sensitivity
- Accurately record demographic and clinical information
- Document options, referrals, and resources made
- Conduct follow-up calls as needed
When a situation requires immediate intervention, staff promptly coordinate with on-call teams, EMS, law enforcement, or other relevant services to ensure appropriate response.
Crisis line services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We offer flexible solutions tailored to your agency’s needs—including after-hours coverage, holiday and event-related support (e.g., staff meetings), and emergency response during events such as severe weather.
