Emergency Outreach Screening Assessments

Avail Solutions provides emergency outreach screening assessments which are conducted by our Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs). Our QMHPs are trained by staff members who have extensive experience in providing crisis services. The Avail Solutions’ QMHPs will determine whether to provide callers with safety plans and referrals for services in the community or inpatient psychiatric treatment when required to ensure the safety of the individual and the public. The documentation is forwarded the results of the assessments to contracted agencies. Currently assessments are provided in emergency rooms, police departments, jails, or other secure settings. We can also provide assessments by two-way video conferencing when the necessary technology is available on site.
