Careers


Some of the exciting career opportunities at Avail Solutions include:

  1. Crisis Worker (Requires a BA/BS degree with 30 hours in behavioral health courses): Provides crisis intervention, intake services, and emergency screenings.
  2. 988 Crisis Worker (Requires a high school diploma or GED): Assists and supports 988/Lifeline callers.
  3. Crisis Support Staff (Requires a high school diploma or GED): Provides intake services and non-crisis related support.

Requirements

  1. Speak Fluent English
  2. Computer literate with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  3. Communicate clearly using verbal and written skills
  4. Successfully work in a call center environment
  5. Pass a criminal history background check
  6. Adhere to essential services schedule (holidays/alternating weekends)

Schedule


Avail Solutions offers the following shifts (based on position and the needs of the company):

  1. Day Shift (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., five days a week, to include every other weekend)
  2. Evening Shift (4:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m., five days a week, to include every other weekend)
  3. Night Shift (12:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m., five days a week, to include every other weekend)
